Provision of the website and server log files
When you access our website, our hosting and technical service provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, amount of data transferred and HTTP status code.
Processing is carried out to provide the website securely, reliably and without technical errors, and to prevent and investigate attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website.

We use CookieYes to manage consent and cookie settings. When the website is accessed, the CookieYes script required for consent management is loaded. Cookies and language settings
Our website uses only cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for providing certain functions or that you have expressly selected.
For multilingual presentation, we use the WordPress plugin Polylang. Polylang may use a cookie such as `pll_language` to store the language you have selected and apply it again when you visit further pages. The cookie is used exclusively for language and display settings. Polylang does not transmit data to an external analytics service.
You can delete or block cookies using your browser settings. This may affect individual functions or automatic language selection.
We do not use any externally embedded analytics, mapping, CAPTCHA, video, or social-media services. Google Maps is provided solely as an external link; a connection to Google is established only when the link is clicked.
Local analytics with Independent Analytics
We use the WordPress plugin Independent Analytics to statistically analyse the use of our website. According to our configuration, the data required for this purpose is processed exclusively on our own server and is not transmitted to an external analytics provider.
Depending on the configuration, this may include page views, pages accessed, timestamps, referrer information and technical browser and device data. The analysis is used to improve our website. We do not use the data to create advertising profiles.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the privacy-friendly analysis and optimisation of our website. According to our configuration, Independent Analytics does not use cookies.
Contact form with WPForms
We use WPForms as a form plugin integrated locally into our WordPress website. The data you enter is transmitted via our website to us and processed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
The data processed includes, in particular, the contact and message details you enter. Required fields are marked as such. Providing additional information is voluntary.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the processing and answering of contact enquiries.
WPForms may record form views and form interactions locally in our WordPress database for statistical purposes. According to our configuration, this form data is not transmitted to an external tracking service, and no CAPTCHA services are integrated.
The data submitted through the contact form is deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for continued storage apply.
